Tracking Your Points - Excel
Using the Point Tracker will make it easier for you to track your points and submit them to your Team Captain. You simply enter your points daily and the tracker does the rest!Download the appropriate Excel Spreadsheet to your computer for an easy and quick point tracking tool. Your Point Tracker has a worksheet for every week of the Challenge (see the tabs at the bottom of the worksheet). You can also print the pages for your records.

Tracking Your Points - Print
For those of you who would prefer to track your points on paper, download the Point Tracker - Print Version. Be sure to turn in your sheets to your Team Captain by 5 PM on Mondays.- Point Tracker - Eat Smart focus area
