  • King County offers Benefits to help you quit smoking, including nicotine replacement therapy, prescription drug coverage to ease nicotine withdrawal, and mor
  • QuitNet is free for King County employees, spouses and dependents. This online tool helps identify specific tools that will help you be successful quitting tobacco, and provides a customized action plan.
  • Don’t have computer access or want to *talk* to a person – take advantage of King County’s dedicated quit line. You can talk to a trained coach at Harris Health Trends to help identify strategies to quit, or just get you through the next craving. Call 1-877-279-0624. Your participation will not influence your Healthy Incentives out-of-pocket benefit level (gold, silver or bronze) and will not be reported to the county.
