The following are general guidelines for purchasing the Healthy Workplace Funding Initiative incentive.
- The Request must have been approved by the Review Committee
- The Approval letter from the Review Committee must have been received by you
- The Approval letter must accompany your payment vehicle to Accounts Payable
- The new code, 53833 HEALTHY WORKPLACE CHARGES, must be used to enable tracking of Healthy Workplace Funding Initiative expenditures
