Advanced Conflict Resolution: A Leadership Approach to Resolving Conflict

This intensive, quick-paced workshop emphasizes active involvement--you will be asked to bring an actual leadership conflict dilemma for discussion and application. Peer coaching is used as participants discuss relevant factors. There are active demonstrations, practice with feedback and time set aside for self-reflection. During the initial two-hour meeting, pre-work inventories and materials will be distributed and topic priorities and workshop structure will be decided. In that way, you will be prepared to jump-start into the first topic.

Building Effective Teams

This two-day workshop focuses on increasing awareness of team development concepts and on building skills to effectively lead your team or work group. Case studies and exercises present strategies needed to succeed in a team-oriented work environment. Participants will engage in a variety of interactive activities to identify and build on their team leadership strengths.
