Home Free Guarantee

If an emergency you could not have anticipated arises while you’re at work, you can catch a taxicab to get home fast—up to eight times a year. A free ride home is provided:

If you arrived at work by means other than driving alone and the service is needed the same day, and
If there is an emergency such as unscheduled overtime, unexpected illness in you or a family member, or missing your carpool or vanpool ride home.

The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling the Employee Transportation Hotline at 206-263-4575.

You pay nothing out-of-pocket except gratuity. The Home Free Guarantee program will be billed directly for your ride.

Once you have taken your taxi ride, be sure to sign and obtain a completed receipt. Mail the receipt to:
